Fredrik Persson will assume the position of CEO on April 2nd. Current CEO Christofer Mattsson will remain in the organization, transitioning into the role of CFO and deputy CEO.
Fredrik has a solid background in the logistics industry. He has held leading positions such as CEO and Group CEO for BDX Companies, and most recently as CEO and Group CEO for the Sundfrakt Group. Fredrik has also worked as a senior advisor, including for our Norrland companies, and is therefore well acquainted with the organization.
Fredrik’s main focus will primarily be on managing and further developing our business, with continued emphasis on freight forwarding operations and sustainable logistics solutions. Fredrik has been involved in our operations for a long period and is well acquainted with our business.
Christofer Mattsson has been leading Tempcon Norrland since the company’s formation in 2022 and prior to that as CEO of Lincargo. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a strong player in the logistics market of Northern Sweden. Christofer will take on a new role as CFO here at Tempcon Norrland. After an intensive recruitment process in which we sought the best candidate for the position, we have concluded that Christofer is the best choice for the team.
Christofer has extensive experience and deep knowledge in financial matters. With his background in economics, he has the necessary skills to lead and develop our financial work.
In addition to the CFO position, Christofer is also appointed as Vice President. This underscores the important role he plays in the company and highlights the close collaboration between Christofer and Fredrik, where Christofer has significant responsibility in customer dialogues.
The change requires completed MBL negotiations.
