Four leaders from Tempcon Group make the “Top 40 under 40” list 

We are proud to announce that four of our amazing colleagues within Tempcon Group have been recognised on the prestigious “Top 40 under 40” list by Sveriges Åkeriföretag (Swedish Road Haulage Association)!  This list celebrates inspiring and talented individuals in the transport industry who have made a significant impact, both through outstanding achievements and by spreading joy and engagement in the workplace. 

Allow us to introduce our four stars: 

#4 Linda Backlund, 38, Deputy CEO, Tommy Nordbergh Åkeri 

Linda’s leadership is characterised by joy, collaboration, and fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of gender, age, or background, feels valued and motivated to contribute. With her experience in various roles within Tommy Nordbergh, she has developed a talent for understanding customer needs, finding innovative solutions, and inspiring her team. 

#17 Adam Fredriksson, 34, HR Manager, Widriksson Logistik 

With great dedication and expertise, Adam has successfully led multiple projects that have improved all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding processes to employee development, payroll management, and labour law compliance. He is a driving force who actively contributes to creating a positive work environment and a strong company culture where all employees feel appreciated and motivated. 

#20 Emelie Leidstedt, 36, Team Leader, Widriksson Logistik 

Emelie is a role model who works tirelessly to create an inclusive and pleasant working environment, ensuring that the company’s values and procedures are upheld. She is passionate about promoting gender equality in the industry and works actively to attract more women to the profession of truck driving. 

#31 Marcel Nemer, 34, CEO, Shyping 

Marcel has not only identified the need for innovative solutions in complex logistics but has also established Shyping as a key player in the digitalisation and optimisation of logistics processes. He is leading the way towards a future where digital solutions and efficient IT processes are essential.
