Tempcon Group has announced the acquisition of Cold Star Logistics, a transportation and logistics company specializing in nationwide refrigerated and frozen transport services. The acquisition expands Tempcon’s presence in Västerås and strengthens its position in Central Sweden.
Founded in 2021, Cold Star Logistics has quickly established itself as a trusted partner in the transport sector with over 30 contracted vehicles and a team of 5 experienced employees. The company offers nationwide transportation and logistics services in collaboration with partners.
The acquisition of Cold Star Logistics will enable Tempcon Group to further strengthen its presence in Sweden, particularly in Central Sweden, and complement existing services with expanded transport solutions. For Cold Star Logistics, integration into Tempcon Group will provide access to greater capacity and an expanded offering to its customers.
