Abbekås Åkeri from Staffanstorp has started a new collaboration with Klimat-Transport in Helsingborg, both subsidiaries of Tempcon, regarding the transport of fruit and vegetables from Landskrona to the Gothenburg area. Some volumes are delivered directly to stores, while others are unloaded at the terminal for further distribution.
The assignment began in February and employs four to five trucks per day, seven days a week. Abbekås Åkeri solves the task with existing resources and can thereby even better optimize operations and increase utilization.

When we had to find a new transporter for this assignment when our previous partner chose to cut back on his business, we got a win-win situation through this arrangement both for us, Abbekås and the customer.
