At Tempcon Group, we work continuously to create a workplace environment where our employees feel valued, enjoy their roles, and have opportunities to grow. To assess how well we achieve this aim, we regularly conduct an employee survey. This year’s survey results reflect high levels of engagement, strong group dynamics, and leadership that fosters growth and development.
Nearly 300 employees participated in the October survey, which provided us with feedback across the following areas:
● Engagement and Company Culture: The vast majority of our employees feel highly engaged in their work, which fosters a positive company culture and a solid foundation for teamwork.
● Collaboration and Group Dynamics: Our teams are characterised by respect and cooperation, with employees feeling safe and supported by their colleagues.
● Trust and Leadership: Employees have strong trust in their immediate managers, which confirms that our leaders are successfully building clarity and confidence. We also recognise the need to continue enhancing our efforts to provide employees with constructive feedback.
● Equality and Inclusion: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and discrimination and are committed to strengthening our inclusive culture. At the same time, we see areas for improvement and will work even more actively to create a safe environment for everyone.
To meet future needs and build an even better workplace, the results will be further analysed at company level. Based on this analysis, we will develop and implement targeted initiatives that strengthen the work environment and support our employees in their daily roles.
